At Blue Harbor, each piece of jewelry is individually handcrafted, with many items made to order or customized requests. Due to the personalized and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we kindly ask that you notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item in question. We will assess the situation and, if the item is found to be faulty, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Please note that we cannot accommodate returns or refunds for:
