    Blue Harbor offers handcrafted beaded jewelry and permanent jewelry services. Many of our items are made-to-order and produced with care. Please review these terms before purchasing.

    By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental permission. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
  3. General Conditions
    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our Service without our express written permission. 
  4. Made-to-Order Items
    • Many of our pieces are made-to-order and handcrafted just for you.
    • Please allow 3-7 business days for production before shipping.
    • Because these items are custom-made, all sales are final.
    • We do not accept cancellations after 12 hours of order placement.
    • If there is a defect or issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help. 
  5. Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information
    We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions and pricing, but we are not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information on our site. 
  6. Pricing & Modifications to Service
    Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product or service at any time without liability. 
  7. Products or Services
    Some items may be available only online or in limited quantities. We make every effort to accurately display product colors and materials but cannot guarantee your screen’s display is exact. 
  8. Billing & Account Information
    You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud or unauthorized activity. 
  9. Third-Party Tools & Links
    We may provide access to third-party tools or websites we do not control. These are provided “as is” without warranties or conditions. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

    Any comments, suggestions, or feedback you send us may be used by Blue Harbor without restriction or compensation. We are not obligated to maintain comments in confidence or to respond.

    We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, even after you’ve placed an order.

    All products and services are provided “as is” without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Blue Harbor is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of our products or website.

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Harbor and its affiliates from any claim or demand due to your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights. 
  15. Changes to Terms of Service
    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting. 
  16. Permanent Jewelry Terms 
    • Permanent jewelry is welded on and does not include a clasp.
    • All permanent jewelry sales are final.
    • We offer one free reattachment if there is a weld or chain defect.
    • You agree to participate voluntarily and release Blue Harbor from liability related to allergic reactions, irritation, or injury.
